<br><br>Vladislav Martynov (born July 23, 1969, Dolgoprudny) – entrepreneur, investor, advisor to the Ethereum Foundation. Co-founder of Yota Devices (manufacturer of YotaPhone), founder of BlockGeeks, a platform that brings together blockchain experts.<br>Education<br> with honors from the Russian University of Cooperation in 1991. During this time, he launched several successful startups and held executive positions in leading companies in the world, including Arthur Andersen, Microsoft, SAP.<br><br>In 1991-1993. led the project of the Cogent in Russia. In 1993-1994. was the project manager in the Russian branch of PepsiCo. From 1994 to 1997 he worked as a senior consultant, manager of the management consulting department at Arthur Andersen. From 1997 to 2001 he was the president of Columbus IT Partner Russia founded by him. The company promoted the Axapta ERP system in the domestic market, occupying a quarter of the mid-price segment of ERP systems in Russia in three years. Also during this period V.V. Martynov was the Chairman of the Committee for Eastern Europe at Columbus IT Partner International.<br><br>Simultaneously with his work at Columbus IT in 1997, he co-founded ERP Software Distribution Company. In just four years, the capitalization of the enterprise has grown to $ 20 million, the number of employees amounted to 150 people. In 2001, ERP Software Distribution was acquired by Navision CIS, V.V. Martynov was appointed CEO of the company. Under his leadership, Navision CIS doubled its revenue over the next two years. In 2003 Microsoft bought the company, Martynov started integrating the company. The Russian division of Microsoft Business Solutions (Navision CIS) was as the most successful in the world, for which V.V. Martynov was awarded the Eagle Award.<br><br>In 2003-2005. he also served as Senior Director of Independent Software Development at Microsoft headquarters in the United States. From 2005 to 2007, he was President of the international company Columbus IT Partner. In this position, he was responsible for strategic and operational management of activities in 22 countries of the world. In the first nine months, the team led by V.V. Martynov brought the company, which had been losing for three years and was on the verge of bankruptcy, to the break-even level. In two years, the capitalization of Columbus IT has tripled.<br><br>In 2007-2009. promoted Russian software in North America. During these years, he was a board member of the Wild Apricot software company and the president of AxxonSoft Inc., a leading developer of video surveillance software. Wild Apricot is currently the leading cloud service in North America for supporting the functioning of non-profit organizations. In September 2009, he was appointed Managing Director of SAP in the CIS countries as an anti-crisis manager. At SAP, he led a team of 500 people. During his leadership, SAP CIS was named „Best Subsidiary of 2010″. The SAP CIS team headed by V.V. Martynov expanded the company’s presence in the market by entering new client segments and for two years in a row showed revenue growth of 25%, despite the general economic downturn.<br><br>Since August 2011, he headed the YotaPhone development team. In five years, a global business with a capitalization of $ 154 million was built. Two versions of YotaPhone were released, and the smartphone was sold in twenty countries of the world. After the acquisition of a stake in Yota Devices by China Baoli Technologies, the company’s strategy changed and China was chosen as the main market for YotaPhone. V.V. Martynov left the operational management. At the moment V.V. Martynov is the owner of 10% of shares and a member of the board of directors.<br><br>In 2015 invested in the ICEBERG Sports Analytics project  – a hockey analytics system based on artificial intelligence technologies, machine vision and big data analysis methods. The service helps to increase the efficiency of managing hockey clubs and is widely used by the KHL, MHL, NHL and other hockey leagues in different countries.<br><br>In 2016, he joined the supervisory board of the Ethereum Foundation project, a non-profit organization engaged in the development of a platform for developing services based on blockchain technology. Subsequently, he became an advisor to the fund. In October 2016, as one of the investors, V.V. Martynov launched BlockGeeks  Is an online learning platform for blockchain professionals and founded a fund investing in blockchain startups.<br><br>He is a member of several professional and educational associations, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
